Among Herbalists, Emma Graves is known fondly as "The Pimple Whisperer". Formally trained as both a licensed esthetician and certified in "Green Medicine" by the Open Center, Emma has a way of gently coaxing difficult skin conditions into healthy, beautiful skin.
Following the wise-woman herbalist tradition, Emma teaches the difference between "controlling" or suppressive skin care and supportive skin care as well as holistic and herbal techniques to help the skin "grow out of" dysfunction. Since starting her career in natural skin care, Emma has traveled extensively and has a wide knowledge of product formulation and treatment techniques, but can break it into easily digestible, nearly-foolproof methods that any herbalist or skin care specialist can immediately incorporate into a practice.
